The Price to Pay...

I want to be a TV journalist someday and I know what are the risk and the consequence to be on that job, especially if you are on the frontline in Gaza, Afghanistan or Iraq... one example of which is the Reuters' cameraman that had been killed on the line of fire with those "Killer Darts."

And I want to say my condolences to the family and to the people of Reuters for the killing of Fadl Shanaa.

The question now is WHO'S TO BLAME? Well I somewhat think that the Israeli Troops are to blame on not seeing the "signs..." the Big "TV" and "PRESS" marked on the car and the Camera. But I can say as well that the Journalists can be blamed as well because they are practically on the middle of a war zone, but the problem is they know what can and will happened, especially in a war zone like Gaza.

I wish I have the power to ask the United Nations to have an investigation for the Israeli troops allegedly targeting journalist, but the problem is they don't do anything! Oh well...

Earth Day: Genuine Cause?

This blog can be seen on both My Little Thought... (theblockerph.blogspot.com) and Quite Frankly: A Further Look... (theblocker.wordpress.com)

The opinions expressed on this blog only discuss from the Philippine's Point of View.

Most people would know that this 22nd of April is Earth Day and this day is for Our Mother Earth which has been slowly being destroyed by those idiots in the Developed Countries, including the United States and China, and it seems that many people are starting to be a part of the cause, since most of us have ignored this for so long.

But one thing that I want to ask is... Are their contributions to the environment genuine?

I'll be focusing more here in the Philippines... For those who don't know, there will be an Earth Day celebration and party here in the Philippines on the 25th of April, three days after the Earth Day proper... maybe because if the celebration has been done on a tuesday night, since T. Morato Ave. is a major road and have to be closed down for this party, then it will cause more havoc than good.

There are so many artists playing on the concert/party... but do they really intend to play for the environment? or just because it is free and can get more publicity? I have no doubts about the vocalist of Radioactive Sago Project, etc... And add to that, at the end of every party here in the Philippines this has always been the scenario for years now... Trash... Garbage... Rubbish... EVERYWHERE!!! And it's up to the organisers and the so-called "Metro Aide" to clean all the rubbish that had been left behind. Doesn't that contradict the value of what the organisers want to "enforce" to the people? Isn't It!?

I'm calling all organisers and people who are behind this activity to PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO BE AN EXAMPLE TO ALL PEOPLE! So that the people will be taken more seriously to this matter.

My Little Thought... huh?

For those who forgot, the name of this blog before 11th April was "A Lot of Rubbish...," and I've thought that most of the things that I've post here are not exactly rubbish (garbage in American English terms) so I've changed it to "My Little Thought..." but It's not exactly those 3 short terms because it will be a big mistake in grammar.

It's actually something like this... A Little Piece of My Mind for Most Thoughtful People, and at least I didn't name it Little My Thought... hahaha! But I don't know if this blog can be suitable for thoughtful people, oh well... At least I don't put (some) senseless rant like the Huf***gton Post!

F*ck Off... I'm Watching POCOYO!

For those who are subscribed to Playhouse Disney channel, and yes it is a channel for age 0 to 7 years old, but there is one show that is really interesting and I think really stands out than the others. It is a children's programme that had been produced by a Spanish entertainment company, Zinkia Entertanment but ironically, first to be shown in English (British English is fact) on CITV and had been shown in Spain a few months later on Television EspaƱola (TVE) and it's duration usually last only for 7 minutes but had been awarded by prestigious organisation, such as the RTS, etc. And the name of the children's programme is... POCOYO!

This story is all about the Pocoyo together with is friends, Eli (an elephant), Pato (a duck), Loula (a dog) and Sleepy & Baby bird. And most of the things they talk about sometimes makes you laugh which at the same time make you learn something new, "Learning thru laughter."

If you ask other people, they will tell you that the reason why they like Pocoyo is because he is Cute, which he is! But if you ask me I have a different reason why I like the show and I'm watching it...

SMILE!
I somewhat felt the way how they express things, their happiness, their craziness, laughter and everything else. That's how they make it more appealing to the young and to the old as well.

LOST CHILDHOOD
When we all just a little kid, for sure... We are all curious, we don't know everything yet. And it is one of the reason why it has been appealing to me, it is some kind of a "lost childhood..." Makes me reflect sometimes how time flies-by and now that I'm 18, it makes me wonder sometimes the years passed by...

Sometimes I think that this may just be a new version of Blue's Clues, which I become "addicted" before, but I really think that this is one show that I want my children (if I will have one... hehehe!) to watch...
